Admissions Process

1.Before admission a learner is expected to undertake and pass the placement assessment.

2. On Admission, parents/guardians must attach the following to the admission form:

Copy of birth certificate
Two passport-size photos of the child

Clearance form and photocopy of the report card from the previous school in case of a transfer

Immunization schedules in the case of Early Years Education (EYE)

NEMIS and ASSESSMENT Numbers.
School Fee payment bank slip as proof of payment

Parents are expected to have purchased the school prospectus/requirements listed for each class on the reporting day. Parents who want their child to use the school transport are required to fill out a transport form and submit it to the transport manager. All new parents are required to attend an orientation program before the beginning of the new academic session.

School Fees Payment

On admission, fees must be paid in full on or before the first day of the term.

A rebate of 5% is given on the tuition fee if fully paid 14 days before the term starts.

No cash or personal cheques will be accepted.

Fees once paid to the school will not be refunded under any circumstances.

School fee is inclusive of Tuition, Meals, Computer, French Classes and Insurance

Caution money shall only be refunded if a One Terms’ notice of intent of transfer is given to the school in writing prior to the term or date of expected transfer.

Fees shall be paid through the bank or via M-PESA pay bill as outlined below. Personal cheque, company cheque and cash are not accepted.
